vijay shrimali art: There is an abundance of natural beauty in the world, whether it be in the expanse of a landscape, strength of an animal or innocence of a child. This beauty is the source of inspiration for my work. Through my pencil and acrylic paint, I am able to express the amazement I feel when observing the grandeur of nature and the joy I experience in reading the untold stories on faces of humans. We often overlook the detail and vividness in plain sight around us. By bringing them to my canvas, as realistically as possible, I attempt to highlight the small and large wonders of the world. My early exposure to India’s diversity geography, wildlife and people has translated into them being the primary subjects of my work.
